  Distributors: Distributors, Wholesalers and Manufacturers (Suppliers).
  Retailers: Retailers, Dealers or Resellers.
  Associates: Members of an Associates, Affiliates or Referrals program.
  
  • Under the umbrella of a Web Mall, we offer traditional commerce and Marketing
    solutions for Distributors, Retailers and Consumers.
  • The Standard Commerce, and Management Functions used on our system, are Clearly Demarcated and Completely Separated in Areas of Market Responsibility.
    Simply put: Distributors cater to Retailers, and Retailers along with their affiliated vendors, cater to Consumers.
    
  • Private individuals or business entities, that join an Retailer's Associates program, and as "Independent Contractors", will earn commissions exclusively over products sold for such referrals. For these programs, and under no circumstances the system will allow any other form of profit sharing, or to subsequently resell participation to third parties, nor do it is permitted.

• We are not a "full service" Hosting Service Provider.
  • We host businesses under our Internet Domain Name. More specifically we only provide a Point of Sales service, and a various unique Marketing and Management tools. All made possible by specially written software. As matter of fact, our entire web site is driven by a software engine. Thus there are some limitations, as to the customizations that could be implemented, or the use of other programs or tools, for vendors hosted at this system.
  • We regret not being able at the moment to offer a wider range of services, but we are
    studying the possibility of offering such services in the future.

• We are not a "Self Replicating" page web site.
  • Merchants hosted at this system, give or take features, depending on the merchant's category, are assigned a fully functional on-line Store Fronts, and disk space.

• We are not a web site for Adult or Sexually explicit material.
